Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in an 8–12 month credit trainee program with mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job learning with credit leadership.
  • •Gain hands-on experience through time in the warehouse, on the sales counter, riding with delivery drivers, and shadowing operations.
  • •Learn core credit competencies including credit management, collections management, and extending trade credit.
  • •Develop customer relationships through visitation and meetings, building rapport and trust with customers.
  • •Learn related credit foundations such as Uniform Commercial Code, understanding financial statements, and secondary security.

Key Requirements

  • •0–3 years work experience post bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
