Job Summary

Build and improve machine learning models and systems powering Spotify’s Home feed and Shortcuts experiences. •Deep expertise in recommendation systems, ranking models, personalization, or large-scale content discovery.
•Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on machine learning development with PyTorch.
•Experience with large language model training and fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization (including SFT, distillation, and LoRA).
•Experience operating distributed ML workloads and building data pipelines/orchestration workflows (e.g., Ray, FSDP/HSDP, Flyte, Airflow, BigQuery).
