Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute design and construction document drawings from concept through completion for assigned projects in line with requirements and applicable UAE building codes.
  • •Create and present design concepts via presentations, renderings, and sketches to clients and stakeholders.
  • •Perform space planning and layout analysis to ensure both functionality and aesthetic quality.
  • •Prepare interior architecture specifications and construction documents, including FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) documentation.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships through regular communication and transparent project updates; support and mentor less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • •6+ years of professional interior design experience in commercial, corporate, or hospitality projects.
  • •NCIDQ certification (or equivalent) as a professional interior design license.
  • •Proficiency with design software including Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes, space planning, and ADA compliance requirements; ability to create comprehensive interior design packages and construction documents.
