Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safety as a core operational outcome, ensuring disciplined risk management and alignment with Rio Tinto standards.
  • •Lead early ore operations, including screening, crushing, haulage, material movement, and train loading.

  • •Integrate early ore and material movement activities into the two-week operational plan and monitor throughput, availability, utilization, and quality.
