Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop investment opportunities aligned with AMD’s strategic priorities, including sourcing and evaluating potential investments
  • •Lead financial, commercial, and strategic due diligence and develop robust investment cases with financial models
  • •Present recommendations to investment committees and senior leadership; coordinate with legal and finance for transaction structuring and closing
  • •Represent the company in oversight activities and board observer roles when appropriate, supporting follow-on investments and exits
  • •Partner with business units and technology leaders to ensure investments remain aligned with AMD’s objectives

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in corporate venture capital, institutional venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
  • •Direct exposure to early stage and growth stage investments
  • •Experience interacting with startup leadership teams and boards
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • •MBA or other advanced degree preferred
