  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at the customer location.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets, recording use and condition.
