Job Summary

Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions within the Business Systems Group. Own development of Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes, and enhance Lightning Web Components for responsive UI. Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, configure core Salesforce features (objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards), and optimize SOQL/SOSL for large datasets. Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders, run code reviews, and support CI/CD release and deployment in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
•Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
•Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems and middleware.
•Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
•Participate in release management, sandbox strategy, CI/CD deployment, and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.

•5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
•Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch Apex, future methods, SOQL/SOSL).
•Solid experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript.

•Working knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience; familiarity with Agile/SDLC and Git version control.
