Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large, high-complexity infrastructure projects end-to-end, including planning, scope definition, milestone management, dependency tracking, implementation readiness, and closeout.
  • •Drive both traditional and agile delivery methods by choosing appropriate planning, governance, backlog refinement, Kanban flow, sprint routines, and iterative checkpoints.
  • •Coordinate across technical teams, business groups, vendors, and stakeholders; identify dependencies early and secure commitments.
  • •Manage initiative health by proactively surfacing risks/issues, maintaining decision records, and communicating trade-offs across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business value.
  • •Enable agile delivery improvements by supporting backlog hygiene, working agreements, definitions of ready/done, retrospectives, and practical delivery metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •At least 7 years of technology/infrastructure/enterprise IT project management experience (or 5+ years of strong agile project delivery).
  • •Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional projects with multiple teams, senior stakeholders, and technical dependencies.
  • •Strong foundation in scope, schedule, budget, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communications, governance, and delivery reporting.
  • •Practical understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), including backlog management, sprint/iteration planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
