Job Summary

Support day-to-day operations of a banking data center in Bekasi. Follow daily data center checklists to coordinate vendors, perform level-1 network/voice support for change and BAU tasks under SME guidance, and assist with rack & stack, cable patching, and server health checks. Monitor server physical status, maintain standard reports, manage first-level ServiceNow tickets, and provide hands-and-legs support during escorts and site changes, including 24/7 shift rotations.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow the daily data center checklist to perform required actions, including vendor coordination and escort support.
•Provide level 1 network/voice support for change and BAU tasks under SME guidance at the site.
•Perform rack & stack assistance during initial stages and help with server movement as needed, while following standard instructions from SA and data center management.
•Monitor data center server physical health status (first-level monitoring) and record findings in standard reports.
•Handle ServiceNow tickets/requests for first-level monitoring and engage the right team for next steps, including hands-and-legs support during site changes.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience working as Data Center support.
•Basic knowledge of data center components including servers, storage, network, and cabling (UTP, fiber).
•Knowledge of data center operations and how to follow processes in the data center environment.
•Ability to follow standard instructions (e.g., via ServiceNow) for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, and server health checks.
•Willingness to be placed at a 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi and support shift rotations.
