Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Prep, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).
•Follow WSP best practice and comply with internal governance requirements.
•Collaborate with technical leads and bid writers in the development of high scoring responses.
•Produce visually appealing responses in line with our brand guidelines.
•Support project teams in preparing for interviews.

Key Requirements

•Degree level qualification in an appropriate subject
•APMP Foundation or equivalent as a minimum
•Knowledge of services/proposals within the Environmental and Earth Sciences is preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
•Strong time management and ability to prioritise
