Manage the day-to-day operations of a full-service bank branch, partnering with regional and company leadership to meet objectives and promote bank products and services. Lead and coach tellers and CSRs, ensure compliance with policies, security procedures, audits, and operational accuracy. Oversee retail operations, support customer service and issue resolution, and may originate and close consumer and small business loan products while maintaining safe, professional branch conditions.
