Key Responsibilities

•Lead overall protection design for capital projects and define relay protection functionality per client standards.
•Review contractor relay settings, logic diagrams, and operational descriptions for capital projects.
•Coordinate area relay protection and determine needed coordination based on fault duty and project changes.
•Lead automation and integration design for capital projects, including SCADA and HMI considerations.
•Provide design support during implementation, testing, and commissioning, and ensure QA/QC adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
•5+ years of relevant post-education experience in electrical engineering, power systems protection and control
•EIT Certification
•IEC 61850/GOOSE experience required
•Proficient with various engineering design tools and software
