Lead Laborer (Labuan, 15, MY, 87009)

Lead laborer role supporting cementing and plant operations by receiving instructions from the foreman, preparing construction sites, and pouring/spreading concrete. Set forms and finish surfaces, assist routine and turnaround maintenance, and support receiving/shipping of materials. Provide leadership and guidance to lower-level craftsmen, maintain records and tools, and ensure strict compliance with safety rules and required personal protective equipment.
