Job Summary

Lead end-to-end AUV-as-a-Service projects from contract award through delivery and closeout. Own project and mission planning (schedules, resources, risk management, deployment strategies) and drive execution, reviews, and stakeholder expectations. Manage budgets, forecasting, invoicing, cashflow, and overall commercial performance. Monitor and resolve risks/issues while ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and HSEQ requirements, and support tendering and continuous improvement.

•Lead AUV projects from handover through successful completion.
•Develop project and mission plans including schedules, resources, risk management, and deployment strategies.
•Manage client communications, project reviews, and stakeholder expectations.

•Monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and HSEQ requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Science, Oceanography, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
•Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent) is preferred.
•At least 5–8 years’ experience managing projects in offshore, marine, subsea, engineering, or autonomous systems.
•Experience delivering offshore/subsea/marine technology, survey, or autonomous systems projects.
•Strong skills in project management, commercial performance, client communication, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders.
