Plant Process Engineer

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the business unit by leading Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and advancing digital tools. Partner cross-functionally to analyze KPIs, prioritize and track improvement initiatives, and lead structured problem solving. Independently manage small projects and support capital initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while providing direct oversight to assigned team members.
