Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Daily Management Systems for the business unit, including creation, deployment, and sustainment of standards
  • •Improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment using technical knowledge
  • •Analyze KPIs to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives
  • •Lead structured problem solving for small groups and manage small projects using the Conagra Performance System
  • •Lead capital project initiatives and provide direct oversight of assigned team members
