Key Responsibilities

•Design, deliver, and scale intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and employee productivity.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, security, and data teams to identify automation opportunities and build production-ready solutions.
•Develop RPA and GenAI workflows, including prompt strategies and user-facing AI experiences, using enterprise LLM tools.
•Apply data literacy to build dashboards and reporting, translating KPIs and analytics into operational insights for decision makers.
•Ensure AI initiatives are deployed securely, governed, and ethically, aligning with enterprise guardrails and risk controls.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and attended/unattended bots.
•Practical experience using Generative AI assistants built on LLMs (e.g., enterprise ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot M365) with prompt strategies and user-facing workflows.
•Exposure to building or integrating AI applications on cloud AI platforms (preferred): AWS Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI.
•Experience developing data, reporting, and business intelligence solutions, including dashboard storytelling and tools such as Power BI, SSRS, MicroStrategy, Snowflake, and Tableau.
•Experience with Agentic AI/autonomous workflows and human-in-the-loop controls (e.g., Claude CoWork, Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath Autopilot).
