Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes (where applicable), safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure high-quality order fulfillment by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates to keep work safe and productive, and serve as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations across warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example to maintain a positive, safe environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs. (site-dependent) and operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required).
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
