Job Summary

Build and own test solutions for next-generation AMD products across the full product life cycle. Develop and validate test programs for wafer sort and final test, design test infrastructure, and execute continuous integration across product phases. Drive pre- and post-silicon characterization, debug device failures, optimize yield, performance, test costs, and product quality. Collaborate with global teams across engineering functions to deliver design verification and test coverage strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Design hardware test solutions and build test program infrastructure for next-generation AMD products.
•Own silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation of test programs for wafer sort and final test.
•Develop and execute characterization and test coverage strategies/plans during pre-silicon, and perform device characterization and circuit sensitivity analysis.
•Drive root-cause investigations and mitigation actions for device failures, partnering with global teams.
•Optimize test contents, yield and performance distributions, and product margin/cost targets across production; use/create agentic AI solutions to enhance productivity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
•End-to-end ATE test program development, validation, and debug skills including pre- and post-silicon.
•Strong DFT and ATE test methodologies, including ATE & test class/method development (Advantest 93k preferred).
•Strong coding skills in Python, Java, Perl, C++, or Ruby.
•Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
