Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule and prepare supplies and PPE before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area and perform blood draws and vital measurements.
  • •Collect specimens (including urine collection) and support Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment while managing time and schedule independently.
Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 24 - 28 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks and drawing blood from a wide range of patients.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and access to a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including the ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
  • •Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements and provide care in a variety of home environments.
