Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end lifecycle of payment and ecosystem partner agreements, including drafting, tracking, organizing, and filing contracts.
  • •Maintain contract databases and renewal schedules and coordinate signature workflows with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Assist with ecosystem follow-ups across internal business lines and external payment channel partners, including meeting materials and action item tracking.
  • •Collect, clean, and analyze payment and partnership data to build dashboards and regular KPI reports on partner performance and pipeline progress.
  • •Conduct in-depth market research on the U.S. payment landscape, including competitive analysis, regulatory environment, and PSP/acquirer benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
  • •Detail-oriented and highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • •Proficient in data analytics.
  • •Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • •Available to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months and able to come on-site to the San Jose campus 2–3 days per week.
