Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle hub operations for an assigned shift, planning and monitoring end-to-end line-haul operations across air, road, and rail.
  • •Create and manage the weekly line-haul schedule and related systems; plan sufficient transportation for daily needs.
  • •Maintain shipment records and ensure SLAs for deliveries to customer premises within scheduled time.
  • •Monitor commercial connections, vehicle availability, and follow up on held-back shipments; manage weekly/daily planning and forecasting improvements.
  • •Support audit readiness by implementing policies and finding gaps, coordinating training for direct reports, and maintaining compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Any graduate or post-graduate degree.
  • •At least 2–3 years’ experience managing a shift in a hub (logistics/supply chain preferred).
  • •Able to manage route/transhipment/local deliveries and logistics hub operations.
  • •Proficiency in system management and strong understanding of logistics operations.
  • •Valid driving license and ability to travel as required for business purposes.
