Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate the program technical and programmatic solution into the IMS baseline plan so cost, schedule, and technical requirements are fully incorporated.
  • •Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned to customer requirements.
  • •Ensure program plan and IMS are developed consistent with IPDS and the program lifecycle; review IMS planned work for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Create and recommend alternative/supplemental program management artifacts (e.g., HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow) to support program planning.
  • •Conduct weekly/monthly planning metrics (critical path, variance, network logic validation) using EVMS processes, and mentor junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Prior experience using scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Ability to perform program schedule risk analysis and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and risk management process.
