Job Summary

Develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to integrate cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Lead compliant IMS creation and updates, perform critical path and schedule risk analysis (including SRA), and validate network logic using EVMS processes. Support program teams through baseline maintenance and schedule metrics while mentoring and training junior planners.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate the program technical and programmatic solution into the IMS baseline plan so cost, schedule, and technical requirements are fully incorporated.
•Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned to customer requirements.
•Ensure program plan and IMS are developed consistent with IPDS and the program lifecycle; review IMS planned work for accuracy and completeness.
•Create and recommend alternative/supplemental program management artifacts (e.g., HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow) to support program planning.
•Conduct weekly/monthly planning metrics (critical path, variance, network logic validation) using EVMS processes, and mentor junior planners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Prior experience using scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
•Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
•Ability to perform program schedule risk analysis and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and risk management process.
