Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain foundational frameworks and tools that enable teams to experiment quickly and ship production-ready systems.
  • •Collaborate with teams to validate use cases and deliver robust solutions using modular, reusable components.
  • •Identify and mitigate code design flaws and development workflow inefficiencies that create friction and silos.
  • •Advocate for good engineering practices and maintain high code quality through code reviews, documentation, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering skills, including experience with Python, Go, or Rust.
  • •Experience designing, building, and maintaining modular and reusable systems.
  • •Ability to collaborate with engineers and researchers across domains to understand complex requirements and provide clear solutions.
  • •Capability to implement large-impact organizational changes with minimal disruption.
  • •Experience building internal tooling to accelerate AI R&D workflows (e.g., debugging, evaluation, experiment tracking/versioning, CI automation).
