•Lead project management for traffic related projects and oversee design on ITS projects
•Supervise junior staff for project development and coordination of tasks
•Manage, lead, and coach a technical group or department with accountability for outcomes
•Interpret, organize, and coordinate technical assignments including traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, and traffic simulation
•Coordinate with other disciplines and external clients/sub-consultants to deliver plans, specifications, estimates, and reports on time and budget

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Preferred 5 years of experience with civil engineering fields such as traffic control design, traffic studies, ITS engineering, and traffic staging within Agency and DOT standards
•Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain PE license in 6 months
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Experience using Traffic and Traffic Simulation Software and design platforms
