Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues, using RCA to identify error patterns and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines.
  • •Interpret complex safety guidelines and validate benchmark data (“golden sets”) to guide enforcement accuracy for high-risk cases.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and resolve unprecedented edge cases with speed and accuracy.
  • •Prepare weekly and monthly QA/RCA reports using dashboards and tools; lead/support training and policy cascade rollouts for new policy and guideline updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience conducting analytical quality audits and maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify recurring issue patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs, with the ability to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalations.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training aligned on global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in data visualization/reporting and ability to use QA/calibration tools and AI to streamline workflows.
