Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; drive revenue with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.
