Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake and oversee complex 1D and 2D hydrological and hydraulic modelling tasks for stormwater and drainage solutions.
  • •Review and refine stormwater management reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
  • •Apply working knowledge of Civil 3D and BIM to support design integration and visualization.
  • •Work closely with Associates and Principals and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically accurate project packages.
  • •Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and modellers, supporting model development, calibration, and report writing.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of stormwater systems, hydrological processes, and drainage design with ability to apply advanced methods.
  • •Proficiency in 1D and 2D hydrological and hydraulic modelling using tools such as InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SewerGEMS, QGIS, and FlowMaster.
  • •Familiarity with local and international stormwater design standards, including awareness of GCC standards and manuals.
  • •Strong computer literacy, including capability in modelling software and supporting calculations using Excel or equivalent tools.
  • •Effective English communication for technical documentation and client interaction.
