Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer journey from project kick-off, launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes and are delighted with the partnership.
  • •Build trusted relationships across enterprise organizations with stakeholders from engineering/data/product teams through ecommerce/digital product leadership and C-level executives.
  • •Align technical and business stakeholders around a shared success plan by understanding customer goals and personas and translating technical concepts into business value.
  • •Plan and lead QBRs and EBRs with measurable impact, strategic conversations, recommendations, and aligned next steps.
  • •Identify risks and blockers early, lead escalations with clarity and urgency, and advocate for customer needs while coordinating the right internal engineering involvement when required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of experience in customer-facing roles managing relationships with enterprise customers (Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar).
  • •Experience working with complex enterprise organizations and building trusted relationships across technical teams and product/ecommerce leadership.
  • •Strong executive presence and confidence to lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs and EBRs.
  • •Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills to drive progress without direct authority.
  • •Experience in ecommerce/digital commerce, search, product discovery, or a related field is highly valued; German fluency is an advantage but not required.
