Job Summary

Direct the secure receipt, temperature-controlled storage, and SAP-tracked issuance of raw and packaging materials. Ensure goods match documentation, maintain real-time stock accuracy, and perform cycle counting and inventory audits. Support GMP and data integrity with QMS activities (deviations, CAPA, change controls) and SOP updates. Monitor storage conditions, lead incident investigations, and coordinate with Procurement and Finance while training warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct end-to-end receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispensing of raw and packaging materials while ensuring goods match documentation.
•Execute and control SAP processes to keep material locations and stock levels updated in real time, including handling returned materials from production.
•Issue materials using Material Transfer Vouchers aligned with operational plans and generate Goods Receipt (GR) reports for new consignments.
•Maintain GMP and data integrity by completing logbooks and records; manage QMS tasks such as deviations, CAPA, change controls, and AMs.
•Monitor climate-controlled storage conditions, regulate access to restricted areas, lead incident investigations, and conduct OJT for warehouse personnel.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 6 years of proven experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy.
•Familiarity with SAP (Warehouse Management), eQMS (e.g., Ample-logic), and temperature/environmental monitoring systems (e.g., Vaisala, SIRIUS).
•Ability to perform analytical stock verification, root-cause investigations, and collaborate across Quality, Production, Procurement, and Finance in English.
