Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record leading and motivating large teams using appropriate management styles, setting objectives, and defining responsibilities.
  • •Passion for managing performance and leading/developing people.
  • •Significant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
  • •Strong IT systems and methodology experience, including SAP, MS Office, lean processes, and continuous improvement.
  • •Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and ideally food safety standards, with excellent communication and a can-do attitude.
