  • •Manage internal project budget/schedule of values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • •Manage external project budgets and communications in external project management software, including commitment management, change management, and document control.
  • •Prepare monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, and develop monthly executive reports.
  • •Oversee monthly vendor invoice review, including project management review, coordination with 3rd party auditing services, and communication with accounts payable.
