Job Summary

Shape AI strategy and architecture to enable enterprise adoption, from defining a roadmap to designing scalable, secure AI/ML solutions. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI with existing platforms and workflows, while owning data pipelines, MLOps, and model lifecycle management. Monitor production models, improve performance, and help establish AI governance and ethical guidelines through technical leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

•Define AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
•Design and implement scalable, secure AI/ML architectures.
•Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
•Ensure AI solutions integrate with existing platforms and workflows.
•Oversee data pipelines, model deployment, MLOps, and continuously monitor and improve production models.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
•Proven experience in AI/ML architecture or senior AI engineering roles.
•Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
•Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
•Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
