Key Responsibilities

•Support planning and implementation of FM operational strategies aligned to business objectives, contractual requirements, and service delivery standards.
•Oversee day-to-day MEP and hard FM operations across assigned facilities, ensuring maintenance activities meet agreed timelines.
•Monitor performance and reliability of critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, BMS, ELV, and civil assets.
•Ensure preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans are implemented, including reviews of maintenance schedules, work permits, method statements, and risk assessments.
•Track FM contract performance against SLAs and KPIs, identify service gaps and recurring issues, and support continuous improvement; also supervise FM teams, contractors, and service providers while maintaining HSEQ and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related, with professional certifications such as IFMA CFM/FMP preferred and NEBOSH/IOSH considered an advantage.
•Minimum 6 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 5 years in FM operations, hard services, MEP maintenance, or multi-site FM contract management.
•Strong technical knowledge of hard FM and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, BMS, ELV) plus CAFM/CMMS and maintenance planning.
•Experience implementing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans, including maintenance schedule reviews, work permits, method statements, and risk assessments.
•Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement.
