Job Summary

Support the GTM Planning Director in running the global GTM planning engine as an individual contributor on the GTM Operations team. Own planning execution discussions, manage timelines/milestones/status trackers, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep deliverables on track. Improve GTM operational velocity by designing agentic workflows and AI-driven process modeling to automate reporting and resolve planning bottlenecks. Maintain a single source of truth with RAID logs, dashboards, and planning artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the GTM Planning Director in operationalising global GTM planning, including building and maintaining timelines, milestones, and status trackers.
•Drive planning execution by leading execution-team discussions such as status forums, preparing agendas/pre-reads, capturing decisions/action items, and following up to closure.
•Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR) to align on deliverables, due dates, and dependencies.
•Improve GTM operational velocity by designing agentic workflows and AI-driven process modeling to automate reporting and resolve planning bottlenecks.
•Maintain project documentation and single source of truth (decision logs, status dashboards, RAID, and meeting notes) and build planning artifacts like slides, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
•Experience supporting GTM or planning processes such as territory carving and quota/capacity updates or cross-functional project rollouts.
•Experience working with GTM systems and tools including Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and work management tools.
•Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows (e.g., AI copilots in spreadsheets/work management) in a professional setting.
