Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage product yield and identify yield opportunities across ATE and system-level tests, materials, and hardware, driving improvement plans.
  • •Define product test/yield strategy including bonding box and execute silicon characterization planning and analysis.
  • •Optimize test points across the test flow, including frequency, voltage, and variable voltage methods.
  • •Conduct fab targeting analysis and hold-lot analysis/disposition, managing system KPIs.
  • •Communicate product KPIs with supply chain, manage OSAT, and deliver supply-related engineering solutions (e.g., wafer/diebank priority, material cherry pick).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 144,550 - 206,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B/S degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or a related field (desired).
  • •Strong communication skills in English.
  • •Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
  • •Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP).
  • •Basic scan/BIST test knowledge (preferred).
