Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for non-complex mechanical systems and prepare tender documentation.
  • •Support planning, space planning, and design of HVAC systems with the assigned team.
  • •Apply engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authorities’ guidelines.
  • •Provide HVAC design scope elements within budget and schedule.
  • •Coordinate assigned design-team efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the design deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience with HVAC design, with Gulf design project experience preferred.
  • •B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and Middle East mechanical engineering rules and regulations.
  • •Experience calculating and selecting HVAC systems.
  • •Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360.
