Job Summary

Deliver high-quality control and instrumentation engineering for offshore FPSO projects in a multi-discipline task force environment. Prepare and check engineering deliverables such as field instrumentation specifications, ICSS architecture, instrument and valve sizing/selection, adequacy checks, metering system work, and controls-system modifications (DCS/SIS/FGS/RTU/PLC). Lead engineering execution and contribute to field work, post-order reviews, and material requisitions and bid evaluations for offshore equipment.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete technical design work aligned to project requirements for offshore greenfield domains, serving as lead or area lead (well head, LQ, riser platform, process platforms, FPSO/FPU/FSO).
•Prepare field instrumentation specifications and actuated valve specifications, including ICSS architecture and specifications.
•Size and select flow instruments, control valves, and pressure safety valves; perform adequacy checks for instrumentation and valves.
•Execute modifications to control and safety systems (DCS/SIS/FGS) and RTU, including modifications of WHCP and hydraulic shutdown systems.
•Support engineering execution with custody and fiscal metering system work, material requisitions and technical bid evaluation, and post order/post-order reviews; lead medium teams in a multi-discipline environment.

•Postgraduate in Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
•Proven EPC engineering execution including Field Engineering in project execution (preferred).
•Membership to professional organisations (preferred).
