Job Summary

Ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous availability of IT, software, and controls infrastructure for the BEUMER Individual Carrier System (ICS) used at CVG airport. Perform hands-on maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting across high-level controls, Field-Bus, SCADA, and related software applications. Support system changes, create dashboards, and deliver recurring BHS performance reports while mentoring technical teams and handling preventive/corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support both the ICS Individual Carrier System (CrisBag) and conventional conveyor CrisBag systems.
•Monitor system alarms, maintain performance standards, and assist in creating custom dashboards.
•Interface with hotline/support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including deploying documentation-driven system changes.
•Supervise and maintain IT and control equipment, including high-level controls and Field-Bus; perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
•Conduct software testing, configuration, and validation; monitor and troubleshoot Field-Bus networks and distribute weekly/monthly/annual BHS performance reports.

Salary: USD 38 - 42 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience operating and maintaining baggage handling or automated material handling systems at the IT and controls level.
•Expertise in High-Level Controls (SAC), Field-Bus, software documentation, SCADA, and MS Office.
•Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
•Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication; follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
