Service Advisor - BMW of Chattanooga

Manage the service-advising experience by scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and gathering vehicle details. Provide accurate written estimates for labor and parts, set and maintain promised time, and update customers as repairs progress with required authorization. Coordinate testing, advise customers on vehicle care using manufacturer maintenance guidance, and meet dealership standards and customer satisfaction targets while following safety and regulatory requirements.
