Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of Pandora’s global workforce management strategy and ensure alignment across the international retail organization.
  • •Develop and evolve global labor strategy to support productivity, profitability, and sales growth.
  • •Partner with Digital & Technology and Data & Analytics to enhance workforce management tools and capabilities, including Plan.dora.
  • •Drive evolution of labor budgeting processes in close collaboration with Finance, HR, and local commercial teams.
  • •Establish global workforce management standards, processes, policies, and KPIs; support compliance with labor regulations and scheduling standards across markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in retail operations and workforce or labor management.
  • •Strong understanding of store operations and the drivers behind labor productivity and customer experience.
  • •Experience leading teams and driving change across complex organizations.
  • •Exposure to international/matrix environments, ideally across multiple countries in a global organization.
  • •Analytical capability to translate workforce data into business decisions and experience with workforce management platforms and scheduling solutions (Dayforce knowledge is an advantage).
