Lead CSR / Teller - Wicker Park Full Time

Provide excellent customer service in a Fifth Third financial center, handling the most complex CSR duties with independent judgment. Deepen customer relationships through active listening, timely follow-up, and confidential handling of customer information. Manage cash-handling and daily office responsibilities, ensure monthly cash counts and FCA requests are completed, and train newly hired Customer Service Representatives. Identify customer needs and refer them to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations while following bank policies and risk processes.
