Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Investment & Insurance (I&I) sales and cross-selling within the BBC Mass segment in partnership with BBC PMs and achieve BBC Centre business targets.
  • •Increase penetration of digital investment platforms and insurance products among BBC Centre’s existing customer base.
  • •Accelerate customer acquisition and servicing through digital platforms by encouraging online investment engagement and promoting new digital investment account openings.
  • •Develop the China Nexus segment by identifying and converting investment and insurance opportunities for non-WEM Mainland Chinese customers.
  • •Ensure investment and insurance onboarding, sales, and promotional activities comply with KYC, suitability, conduct, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with proven relevant working experience.
  • •Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency with knowledge of the investment market and economic environment; preferably CFP or CFA.
  • •Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination papers.
  • •Strong self-motivation with communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage.
