Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall program and business accountability for one or more enterprise/server product lines, driving strategy, planning, execution, and introduction into high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Build, lead, and scale a multi-functional product engineering organization, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Directly manage and develop people managers and section leads; build bench strength, succession plans, and career paths across sites.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams across design, product/test engineering, quality/reliability, platform, architecture, and supply chain to ensure disciplined execution.
  • •Establish program schedules, critical paths, and risk assessments; escalate execution risks and engage BU/executive leadership with updates and recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 157,500 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of progressive semiconductor product development experience with people leadership.
  • •Demonstrated success taking complex products from definition through high-volume production.
  • •Proven track record managing and scaling multi-site engineering organizations, including direct management of managers and section leads.
  • •Strong understanding of the semiconductor product lifecycle, including bring-up, characterization, yield optimization, test content development, and SLT/FT readiness.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.
