Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to support safe, reliable operations and plant business goals.
  • •Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls maintenance to troubleshoot and maintain production machinery for truck transmission manufacturing.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and repair/replace components, test/adjust/verify operation using mechanical and electrical system knowledge.
  • •Carry out scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance to support equipment reliability and uptime.
  • •Read and interpret schematics and diagrams (electrical/electronic, hydraulic/pneumatic, blueprints) and maintain work areas in accordance with 6S standards while reporting safety concerns and abnormal conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •2 years of manufacturing-focused maintenance experience (or closely related experience) with training in mechanics, electrical systems, industrial maintenance, and/or automation.
  • •Hands-on experience performing both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints for equipment repair/rebuild.
  • •Working experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for asset management and maintenance tracking.
