Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and strengthen relationships with large broadline distributors as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • •Partner with distribution partners and contract foodservice customers to execute account strategies, identify needs, and recommend mutually beneficial solutions.
  • •Support contract negotiations and day-to-day execution to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness, escalating high-stakes terms to the Director.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate distribution and customer needs, and provide distribution performance insights to the sales team.
  • •Track distribution metrics, own monthly forecasts, conduct business reviews, and mentor/coach individual contributors supporting the account portfolio.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, and/or the foodservice industry, including 2–4 years in a supervisory or people-leadership capacity.
  • •Experience building and maintaining relationships with large broadline distributors and contract foodservice customers.
  • •Strong knowledge of foodservice distribution systems, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • •Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, interpret data, and mentor/coaching individual contributors.
