Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor transportation movements and scheduled distribution activities across air, land, and sea.
  • •Conduct convoy briefings and manage staging and safety briefings while tracking convoys and retrieving reports from Movement Control Teams (MCTs).
  • •Input, validate, and close movement data in TC-AIMS II, MTS, BCS3, and other systems; maintain historical transportation and movement records.
  • •Create and manage Transportation Movement Requests (TMRs), support intermodal operations (distribution, retrograde, container management), and assist with route planning and circulation overlays.
  • •Ensure HAZMAT documentation and regulatory compliance; coordinate convoy security and maintain in-transit visibility (ITV) using RFID and DoW systems.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of related transportation experience (or military experience in lieu of education).
  • •Working knowledge of transportation, distribution, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
  • •Experience with convoy operations, movement control, and transportation documentation.
  • •Proficiency with LIS systems including TC-AIMS II, MTS, BCS3, LOADOUT, IGC, JCM, and GCSS-Army.
  • •Active U.S. SECRET clearance and ability to pass CRC requirements; HAZMAT/HazCom certification required or obtainable after hire.
