Provide high-level field service support for Building Management Systems (BMS), including installing, configuring, and programming BMS hardware and software. Commission HVAC control systems and update system graphics, sequences, logic, and parameters. Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose faults, alarms, and performance issues using core communication protocols. Deliver customer training, technical guidance, and service documentation while supporting energy efficiency and reliable system performance.

•Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics on BMS systems.
•Troubleshoot sensors, controllers, actuators, networks, and communication protocols; deliver customer support and service documentation.
