Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, purchase, and complete inventory replenishment strategies aligned to business strategy.
  • •Handle replenishment settings and make adjustments to deliver targets while ensuring planned orders process as expected.
  • •Design and implement alerts for exceptional issues impacting service and/or inventory.
  • •Conduct replenishment data analysis to root cause current and future service failures and communicate actions to fix issues.
  • •Use planning software to build container/truckload orders, monitor rebalancing, and analyze replenishment planning KPIs on a regular cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in a Supply Chain function (Buyer and planning experience preferred).
  • •Experience with Supply Chain Planning Software (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis and attention to detail.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
