Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform non-invasive aesthetic services including laser hair removal and applicable advanced aesthetic treatments.
  • •Conduct thorough client consultations to assess suitability and goals and educate clients on treatment plans and expected outcomes.
  • •Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy by following clinical protocols and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
  • •Deliver world-class customer service to build trust, retention, and long-term client relationships.
  • •Support clinic operations and service partnership by promoting services/products, assisting with scheduling and payments, keeping treatment rooms clean, and traveling between clinics as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an Active Registered Nurse license AND a Laser Practitioner license in the state of practice, in good standing.
  • •Preferred experience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments.
  • •Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a consultative approach.
  • •Be available 2–3 days per week (including 2 Saturdays per month), with flexibility for evenings and weekends (9:30am–7:30pm each day).
