Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project financial responsibility (P&L management) by accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting project information for stakeholders.
  • •Develop financial forecasts, monitor performance against pro forma and updated forecasts, and recommend corrective actions to reduce or manage costs.
  • •Create and implement systems to track risks and opportunities project-by-project, including performance benchmarks and commitment tracking.
  • •Serve as a primary contact with project lenders and their representatives, and support or lead negotiations to modify key project agreements.
  • •Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing customer relationships and evaluate insurance coverage for need and adequacy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, industrial technology, engineering, or a relevant science.
  • •At least five years of experience in asset management, operations, or project development, or an equivalent role in a construction, manufacturing, or service environment.
  • •Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, with the ability to administer complex contracts.
  • •Strong communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences.
  • •Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous activities with strong organizational skills.
