Portfolio Manager

Support General Managers and Directors by managing the owner’s interest in projects, maximizing revenue, profit, and returns. Use finance, contract, operations, partnerships, insurance, markets, taxation, and accounting knowledge to analyze project performance, build forecasts, and recommend actions to control costs. Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders, serve as a primary contact for project lenders, and help evaluate acquisition and development opportunities while tracking risks and opportunities.
